Roalco will undertake all aspects of a project covering External Works, Voids, Refurbishment, Response Repairs, Planned Maintenance, Electrical, Heating and Decent Homes Works including Full Surveying services, Design and Management.

Roalco invests heavily in staff, IT, vehicles, modern plant and equipment in order to deliver effective and efficient services to our clients.

We own and operate our head office and depot at Ardleigh, Essex and have regional offices, warehousing and depots in Colchester, Stanstead, Maidstone, Cardiff, Norwich and Cambridge.
