Roalco fully understands the relationship between the Customer and Client; we recognise the expectations and needs of the Customer, the Clients duty of care and by this recognition, will act in a professional manner promoting trust and understanding, ensuring the Customer experiences a sympathetic and courteous repair / maintenance service.

We understand that the property undergoing repair or maintenance is tenanted but also that the property is the Customer's home and as such we will show respect and act both professionally and courteously.

We understand that the Customer's expectations and beliefs may be different to our own and although different we recognise the expectations and beliefs as being valid and will act accordingly with honesty, respect and understanding.

Our objectives are met by having very well developed policies and practices on client and customer care. We ensure that the our clients' customers' requirements are met along with any industry or customer specific requirements This commitment is communicated to all staff through training and discussion, the objective being to develop and continuously improve the delivery of the Company's services.
