Our approach to managing health and safety is structured and risk based. We create a safe working environment by identifying and assessing risks, adapting good practice and ensuring that safe systems of work are in place across all our business and property maintenance activities.

The company’s accident frequency rate is recognised to be exemplary. All staff and sub-contractors are SMSTS and CSCS trained and are inducted to each working site.

Roalco is assessed and accredited to the Occupational Health & Safety Management Standard: OHSAS 18001:1999 that we operate as an integrated system with our ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management and ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management systems.
