More Success - April - 2009

Roalco are pleased to announce our continuing relationship with Home group; now in full Partnership under TPC 2005.

In addition to carrying our Response Repairs in the Chelmsford and Harlow areas the award also brings Homes Stevenage housing stock under our operational care.

In Kent we are pleased to have been awarded a new long term contract with Ashford Borough Council for full response repair and 24/7 call outs.

Another new Client, Places for People, has awarded us with contracts covering Gas Servicing, Response Repair and Void refurbishment.

We are happy to resume our service delivery to Norfolk Property Services (NPS) who have asked Roalco to carry out bathroom adaptations for people with special needs.

Likewise Colne Housing and Roalco are again working together to maintain peoples independent lifestyles by converting bathrooms into level access shower rooms.

Procurement for All (PFA) have appointed Roalco into a framework agreement to carry out disabled adaptations and further a field our South Wales division continues to gain momentum with works beginning in the Vale of Glamorgan and with Merthyr Tydfil.

REUNITED - June 2007

Roalco are happy to announce that we have been reunited with Estuary Housing Association. Initially awarded to a large Multi National Contractor the newly tendered Estuary response repair Contract has been offered to Roalco again. We are pleased that our past high quality service provision with Estuary Housing Association is to continue for another 5 years.
